1.Power transmission and anchor chain drive:
By engaging with the anchor chain links, the rotational power of the anchor winch is converted into the lifting and lowering actions of the anchor chain, thus achieving the hoisting and lowering of the anchor.
It is the main force-bearing component of the anchor equipment, which can withstand the huge tension of the anchor chain, the impact load when raising the anchor, and the braking reaction force during the anchoring process.
The special tooth profile design of the chain link bearing socket ensures that the anchor chain can smoothly and orderly enter and exit the chain barrel, preventing chain jumping and jamming, and reducing chain wear.
The anchor chain wheel is made of high-strength cast steel or alloy steel (such as ZG310-570, 42CrMo), which is quenched and tempered to achieve high toughness and impact resistance. The tooth surface is hardened by quenching to enhance wear resistance, meeting the requirements of corrosion and alternating loads in marine environments.
The product is formed by casting or forging, and then undergoes heat treatment to eliminate stress and enhance performance. The tooth profile is precisely machined by CNC to ensure a perfect mesh with the anchor chain. Non-destructive testing and anti-corrosion coating are also applied to meet the safety and durability requirements of classification societies.
